党的十七大报告重点突出了“民生”二字,估计未来几年,高房价问题将再次成为众矢之的。作为房地产业界人士,对此当然得作出表态。首先,即使从地产开发者的角度看,过高的房价和过快的上涨速度,对于整个地产行业而言也是很不利的。其次,我们也得警惕急风暴雨式的政策导致行业和整个社会张皇失措的情况再次出现。在这样的前提下,再次厘清“高房价”的成因就成了我们思考未来决策的必须,而对策,也应当在这个基础上展开。
