行为科学认为,生产过程中发生事故是由人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态随机接触的结果。想要控制事故的发生,克服人的不安全行为是主要的。如何有效地克服人的不安全行为,这与行为人的技术素质有关。然而企业的用工制度对于职工的技术素质又不无影响,因此一个企业的用工制度是否合理,直接影响着企业的安全生产。
Behavioral science believes that accidents in the production process are the result of random contacts between unsafe behavior of human beings and the unsafe condition of things. To control the occurrence of an accident, it is essential to overcome human unsafe behavior. How to effectively overcome human unsafe behavior, which is related to the technical quality of the perpetrator. However, the employment system of the enterprise has no effect on the technical quality of the employees. Therefore, whether a company’s employment system is reasonable or not directly affects the production safety of an enterprise.
