介绍了不同工艺制备的Si3N4 、SiC的性能 ,研究了Si3N4 —SiC复相陶瓷及其碳纤维复合材料研究发展现状 ,认为Si3N4 —SiC复相陶瓷能够克服单一Si3N4 、SiC陶瓷断裂韧性低、烧结过程中晶粒长大造成强度下降等缺点 ,同时也弥补了SiC陶瓷强度较低的遗憾 ;而碳纤维的加入可以大大改善材料的韧性。认为结合Si3N4 —SiC复相陶瓷的高强度和碳纤维复合材料的高韧性 ,可以制备出性能优良的Cf/SiC—Si3N4 陶瓷基复合材料 ,并就此方面的研究进展进行了综述
The properties of Si3N4 and SiC prepared by different processes were introduced. The research status of Si3N4-SiC ceramic composites and their carbon fiber composites was studied. The results show that Si3N4-SiC ceramics can overcome the low fracture toughness of Si3N4 and SiC ceramics during sintering Grain growth caused by the decline in strength and other shortcomings, but also make up for the lower SiC ceramic strength regret; and the addition of carbon fiber can greatly improve the toughness of the material. It is considered that Cf / SiC-Si3N4 ceramic matrix composites with excellent properties can be prepared by combining the high strength of Si3N4-SiC ceramic and the high toughness of carbon fiber composites, and the research progress in this area are reviewed
