With the rapid social and economic development, on the one hand, the demand for famous marine fish in the domestic and overseas markets is constantly increasing. On the other hand, extensive over-breeding and over-fishing have caused serious damage to the reproduction of fishery resources and coastal ecosystems, resulting in unsustainable fishery resources in our country. Coupled with the entry into force of China-Japan fishery agreement and the fact that most of the fishing vessels had to withdraw from South Korea and Japan, the contradiction between many fish and more fish became even more prominent.
