病例摘要 马某,女,住院号101516,10岁,回族,甘肃籍,1981年1月9日以“右肾积水”入军区总院泌尿科。患者于1980年11月12日“感冒”后出现呕吐,右腰部疼痛。在当地医院治疗后缓解出院。12月26日突然出现抽搐,再次住院。由于疼痛加重经超声波检查发现右上腹有一包块,但无尿频、尿痛,尿急及血尿史。胆囊造影、胸片,腰椎穿刺检查,心电图均无异常发现。因疑及“右肾积水”入院。
Case summary Ma Mou, female, hospital number 101516,10-year-old, Hui, Gansu Ji, January 9, 1981 with “right hydronephrosis” into the General Hospital Urology.
