本文报道了杭州湾畔中国对虾幼虾中间培育池的水化学状况。1993年4~5月全培育期内池水有效氮(N_t)含量丰富,N_t平均为1.47mg/l,其中氨氮占59%,亚硝酸氮占1%,硝酸氮占40%。有效磷基本未检出。化学耗氧量(COD_(Mn))11.9mg/l,可溶性有机物耗氧量占86%以上。pH为9.15。溶解氧收大于支,水呼吸耗氧平均约占虾池总耗氧量61%,底质耗氧约占31%,虾呼吸耗氧约占8%。幼虾瞬时耗氧速率与溶氧量、体长和体重间存有良好相关性。据观测结果与多年生产状况,认为河口沿岸幼虾中间培育池放苗密度在225万尾/公顷内,采取在放黄时约27cm水位基础上,每隔2~3天添加10~15cm水量,最终水位达1.00m的管理方式较为合理。
This paper reports the water chemistry of juvenile shrimp Penaeus chinensis at Hangzhou Bay. From April to May, 1993, the available N (N_t) was abundant in the whole incubation period, with an average of 1.47 mg / l N_t, of which ammonia nitrogen accounted for 59%, nitrite nitrogen accounted for 1% and nitrate nitrogen accounted for 40%. Basic phosphorus was not detected. Chemical oxygen consumption (COD Mn) 11.9mg / l, soluble organic oxygen consumption accounted for 86% or more. The pH was 9.15. Instantaneous oxygen consumption rate of juvenile shrimp and dissolved oxygen, there is a good correlation between body length and weight. According to the observation results and years of production status, it is considered that the middle density of juvenile shrimp in the estuarine bank is within 2.25 million hae and the water level of about 10 to 15 cm is added every 2 to 3 days on the basis of about 27 cm of water level in the littoral hours. The final water level of 1.00m management more reasonable.
