患者女,23岁,因先兆子宫破裂住院。剖腹产后给予α—糜蛋白酶治疗,用前未做过敏试验。应用5天后更换另一批号(上海生物制品厂生产,批号9102181)10mg肌注,5分钟后患者出现胸闷、心慌、冷汗、呼吸困难。查体:血压7.3/4kPa,脉搏128次/分,急性病容,躁动不安,皮肤湿冷,全身皮肤出现大小不等的风团,双瞳孔等大,对光反射存在,口唇紫绀。双肺听诊无罗音。心律齐,心率128次/分,未闻及杂音。腹部检查无异常。心电图示:窦性心动过
