在程控线切割机床编制程序过程中,主要是计算线段交点的坐标。本文着重介绍一种新计算交点坐标的方法。本方法基本原理是,把间隙补偿量K当作一个连续变化的参变量,而交点的坐标x和y都是K的函数。这样交点便成为一个动点,它在平面上画出一条轨迹,通过分析轨迹的特性来找出求解交点坐标x和y的方法。所以我们称这一方法为“轨迹编程法”。下面
