我公司焊接工作量大、面广,焊接位置错综复杂,焊接设备需要经常移动。根据这一特点,我们试制了一台0.25米~3/小时携带式中压乙炔发生器,重10公斤,设有背带装置,可以背负行走,对于零星配合工程、高空作业、战备,以及抢险救灾比较适宜。携带式乙炔发生器的结构为排水式,发生器的正常生产率为0.25米~3/时,电石一次加入量为1.5公斤(电石颗粒为25～50毫米,可充分利用小块电石),加水量7.5公斤。发生器外形见图1。
