龙胆苦甙是中药秦艽的重要成分之一。在药代动力学研究中,由于它处于一个多组分的环境之中,因此其它有效成分对它的作用,就会使龙胆苦甙的吸收代谢受到影响。本文采用高灵敏的β-CD包含荧光法研究兔体内龙胆苦甙在多种成分影响下的药代动力学。结果为龙胆苦甙在兔体内符合二房室模型,各主要药代动力学参数tα1/2=1.0134h,tβ1/2=6.7257h,Tmax=1.035h,AUC=27.67μg·h/ml。
Gentiavin is one of the important ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine Gentiana macrophylla. In the study of pharmacokinetics, because it is in a multi-component environment, the effect of other active ingredients on it will affect the absorption and metabolism of gentiopicroside. In this study, the pharmacokinetics of gentiopicroside in rabbits under the influence of various components were studied by using the highly sensitive β-CD fluorescence method. The results showed that gentiopicroside conformed to two-compartment model in rabbits. The main pharmacokinetic parameters tα1 / 2 = 1.0134h, tβ1 / 2 = 6.7257h, Tmax = 1.035h, AUC = 27.67μg · h / Ml.
