目的:优选通脉颗粒的提取工艺。方法:在考察通脉颗粒水提液和醇提液的药效的基础上,进一步通过正交试验的方法,以葛根素、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA的含量为指标,多指标综合评分法处理数据,优化乙醇浓度、溶剂倍数、提取时间、提取次数4个因素。结果:通脉颗粒最佳提取工艺为8倍量70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选的通脉颗粒提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Tongmai granules. Methods: On the basis of examining the pharmacodynamics of Tongmai Granule Water Extract and Alcohol Extract, the effects of puerarin, ferulic acid, salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ⅡA were further studied by orthogonal test Index comprehensive score method for data processing, optimization of ethanol concentration, solvent multiples, extraction time, the number of extraction 4 factors. Results: The optimal extraction process of Tongmai Granules was 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol, extracted three times, each time 1.5 h. Conclusion: The optimal Tongmai particle extraction process is stable and feasible.
