In September 2010, I took over a new junior high school and I and the students named it ”Flying School.“ The students in this class mainly come from the self-employed workers and migrant workers in urban-rural areas. The overall academic performance of students is at the lower and middle level, the awareness of competition is weak, and the ability of group cooperation is poor. Parents are busy with work and neglect of education. In the past three years, I have always regarded ”flying people“ who cultivate ”high quality, hardworking, perseverance, good manners and good habits" as the goal of class development.
