目的:建立SD大鼠疾病模型,探讨八珍汤加减方剂作用下牙周炎大鼠正畸移动的改变,为临床上日益增加的牙周病患者正畸寻找有效的方法。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(N,20只)、牙周病正畸组(OP,30只)、牙周病正畸给药组(OPY,30只),通过大体观察、口腔内检查和组织病理学检查,评价大鼠的牙周组织改变。结果:组织病理学检查显示N组牙周组织无病理性改变,OP组牙槽嵴顶及牙槽骨吸收、破坏,牙槽骨吸收近根尖1/3。OPY组受压侧牙周膜纤维和牙间水平组纤维变窄,破骨细胞多;牵拉侧牙周膜变宽,成骨细胞活跃。结论:实验选用的八珍汤加减方剂有利于牙周炎大鼠正畸治疗中牙齿的稳定移动。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of SD rat and investigate the changes of orthodontic movement in rats with periodontitis under the action of Bazhen Decoction. It is an effective method for the orthodontic treatment of patients with periodontal disease. Methods: Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 20), periodontal disease orthodontic group (n = 30) and periodontal disease orthodontic group (OPY, n = 30) Observation, oral examination and histopathological examination, evaluation of periodontal tissue changes in rats. Results: Histopathological examination showed no pathological changes of periodontal tissues in group N, and the absorption and destruction of alveolar crest and alveolar bone in OP group were nearly 1/3 of that in alveolar bone. In the OPY group, the fibers of the periodontal ligament and the interdental layer of the compression side became narrower with more osteoclasts; the periodontal ligament of the traction side became wider and the osteoblasts became active. Conclusion: The experiment selected Bazhen Decoction is beneficial to the stable movement of teeth in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis rats.
