一、前言能使混凝土在水化过程中产生一定的体积膨胀,并在有约束条件下产生适宜自应力的外加剂称为膨胀剂。膨胀剂是在膨胀水泥的基础上发展起来的。1962年,日本在美国K型膨胀水泥的基础上,研究成硫铝酸钙膨胀剂,取名为CSA,它是用石灰石、矾土和石膏锻烧而成。1970年日本开发了由石灰石、石膏,粘土锻烧而成的石灰膨胀剂。膨胀剂的出现,为膨胀混凝土,自应力混凝土的应用带来了方便。
First, the introduction can make the concrete in the hydration process to produce a certain volume expansion, and in the restricted conditions to produce a suitable self-stressing admixture called expansion agent. Expansion agents are developed on the basis of expanded cement. In 1962, Japan developed a calcium sulphoaluminate expansion agent based on K-type expansive cement in the United States and named it CSA. It was calcined from limestone, bauxite and gypsum. In 1970, Japan developed a lime expansion agent calcined from limestone, gypsum and clay. The appearance of swelling agent is for the expansion of concrete, which brings convenience to the application of self-stressing concrete.
