In screw-implant dentures, the fit of pile caps and implant piles in the upper part of the cast-in-place stent is an important influencing factor in the biomechanical success of implant denture. The newer laser welding technology can improve the accuracy, but the popularity is difficult. Casting is a simpler way to improve the fit of the stent. Casting is the finished pile caps placed in the bracket wax corresponding position, together with the embedded, roasting, casting, the molten gold and unfinished finished pile cap surface bonding or welding together.
