高等职业教育旨在培养生产制造、施工建设、管理服务等多种前线岗位上的,同时具有较高职业意识和服务态度的专门岗位技术人才,黑龙江交通职业技术学院电气化铁道技术专业通过深度探访轨道交通行业多家企业,紧密结合岗位实际,以岗位为导向,分析岗位技能与知识领域的关系,融入职业素质与工匠精神要求,并以专业核心课程《牵引变电所设备运行与维护》为例,在剖析了牵引供电领域典型工作岗位主要工作任务的基础上,确定了学习领域与情境,提高了教学效果,优化了专业人才培养体系。
