目的 研究微型葡萄糖传感器的制备与电化学性能。方法 以注射用不锈钢针作壳体 ,碳纤维束作基质电极 ,二茂铁作电子传递体 ,用新鲜蛋清加戊二醛固定葡萄糖氧化酶和酶介体 ,制备电流式葡萄糖微型传感器。结果 传感器的外径可小至 0 35mm ,实现工作电极、参比电极和辅助电极一体化。结论 响应时间小于 5S ,检测的线性范围为 0 0 2~ 15mmol/L ,11次平行测试的相对标准偏差为 2 .9% ,2 5℃放置 3个月 ,酶活性仍为原来的 75 %。室温 2 5℃下 ,该传感器在 2个月内连续测试 ,电流响应基本上保持不变。该传感器对葡萄糖具有良好的电化学响应
Objective To study the preparation and electrochemical performance of micro glucose sensors. Methods A stainless steel needle for injection was used as shell, carbon fiber bundle as matrix electrode and ferrocene as electron transfer body. Glucose oxidase and enzyme mediator were immobilized with fresh egg white plus glutaraldehyde to prepare amperometric glucose microsensor. Results The outer diameter of the sensor can be as small as 0 35mm to achieve the integration of working electrode, reference electrode and auxiliary electrode. Conclusion The response time is less than 5S. The linear range of the detection is 0 0 2 ~ 15mmol/L. The relative standard deviation of the 11 parallel tests is 2.9%. At 25°C for 3 months, the enzyme activity is still 75%. At room temperature 25°C, the sensor was tested continuously for 2 months and the current response remained essentially unchanged.
