当历史进入到信息时代,新的通讯技术和电子信息技术又一次地打破了人们习以为常的生活模式,破坏了社会原有的组织结构系统,资源与市场的国际化、全球化改变了原有生产和销售的组织方式、运行模式和管理手段并以此形成了以信息、资本、人才为主的新的物流。企业的国际化、全球化不得不修正和调整企业人力资源的战略管理和管理战略。本文以美国、日本等西方企业人力资源管理融合模式为切入点,结合江苏企业实际情况,对完善江苏企业人力资源管理提出建议。

In this paper, the United States, Japan and other Western enterprise human resources management integration mode as the starting point, combined with the actual situation of enterprises in Jiangsu, Jiangsu enterprises to improve the human resources management recommendations.
