Indonesia is a civilized ancient country with a long history and vast territory. She has more than 10,000 islands and hundreds of ethnic groups, and her folk culture is extremely rich and colorful. However, due to the lack of effective means of preservation, most of the ancient books on the laws of Indonesia have been lost. Therefore, it is very difficult to conduct a comprehensive survey on the ancient state of folk literature and folklore research.
