葛兰西文化领导权理论对中国共产党的文化和意识形态建设具有重要启示。新的历史条件下,中共的文化和意识形态领导权受到了挑战。社会主义核心价值体系的确立体现了中共应对挑战、重构文化与意识形态领导权的基本诉求。
Gramsci’s cultural leadership theory has important implications for the CPC’s culture and ideology. Under the new historical conditions, the CCP’s leadership in culture and ideology has been challenged. The establishment of the socialist core value system reflects the basic aspirations of the CCP in coping with the challenges and reconstructing the leadership of culture and ideology.
