呋喃苯胺酸又名速尿(Furosemide),其注射液为呋喃苯胺酸的钠盐,《中国药典》85年版二部收载,其规格为2ml:2mg。我厂参照药品制剂手册对其注射液进行了试制。第一批投料含量控制在100%,结果发现,成品的标示量只有投料计算量的87%,不符合药典规定应为标示量的90.0—110.0%的要求。为此,我们对呋喃苯胺酸注射液的工艺进行了探讨。我厂原用的工艺如下:处方呋喃苯胺酸 100g氯化钠 75g亚硫酸氢钠 20g
