为推动我国交通运输体系整体管理水平和服务水平的提高、促进运营效率和安全性的进一步提高,江苏宁沪高速公路股份有限公司率先启动“宁沪公司综合信息管理系统”(以下简称综管系统)建设。这对于运输体系进一步采用信息技术,全面提高高速公路的管理,服务水平,解决交通行业信息化建设步伐不快、技术滞后、缺乏统一规划和规范,现有信息资源不能充分利用,业务系统缺乏,水平不高等问题,具有重要现实和战略意义。企业希望通过综管系统的建设,为高速公路的管理建立统一的信息平台,提高企业管理水平和服务水平,全面提升公司的形象、为高速公路管理事业开创新的里程碑。企业通过示范工程的形式,以总结、解决高速公路信息管理系统建设的共同问题、关键问题,探索采用信息化管理的新技术、新方法和新手段,为我国高速公路管理的信息化、科学化、规范化建设迈出坚实的一步奠定良好基础。从本期开始,本刊将陆续刊登“宁沪公司综合信息管理系统”的建设目标、建设内容、技术路线和实施计划。
