在现在的戏曲舞台上,对于喜剧风格的非议与责难,是限制与束缚现代喜剧繁荣发展的一个重要因素。长期以来,戏曲界一些同志,总是漠视中国戏曲艺术的独特个性,硬将西方戏剧界某些关于悲、喜剧因素必须截然分开,不能混杂的传统观念硬套在现代喜剧的头上,因而常常使一些比较优秀的现代喜剧,在“风格不够统一”的指责下,被搞得面目全非,不伦不类,甚至夭折。这种不利于现代喜剧发展与繁荣的偏见,现在是到了应该纠正与廓清的时候了。
