人的身体素质是进行其他活动的重要基础,学生如果没有一个好的身体素质那么他们能力的提高也会十分的缓慢,对未来的发展就会有不利的影响。学生时期是人一生中进行体育锻炼的最佳时期,因为学生时期体育活动的进行学生的身心健康发展,让学生在紧张的学习生活中得到一定的放松,从而加快学习的效率。羽毛球作为一项最受学生欢迎的运动在各个学校当中都有着广泛的教学。而为了使学生更好的发展,就要让羽毛球教师的教学水平上升,只有这样才能使学生在有限的时间内得到更好的发展。
