报道了一种合成手性多劼唑啉的新方法。以多元羧酸酯为原料,与手性2氨基1丁醇在甲苯中回流脱水和醇17～20h,合成了8个手性多劼唑啉,产率为91%～96%。其结构经1HNMR、IR、MS和元素分析确证。
A new method for the synthesis of chiral polyoxazoline was reported. Polycarboxylic acid esters were used as raw materials, and chiral 2 amino 1 butanol was reflux dehydrated and alcohol in toluene for 17 ~ 20h to synthesize 8 chiral polyazoxazoles with the yield of 91% ~ 96%. Its structure was confirmed by 1HNMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis.
