目前我国鳗业生产处在一个利用本国鳗苗资源、应用国外饲料(或配方)、引进单体原料(或添加剂)的仿效阶段,制约了我国鳗业的大踏步发展。本研究根据鳗鱼生物学特性和对蛋白质、脂肪代谢原理,采用高新技术设计合成一种有机化合物,既有增强蛋白酶功能,提高蛋白质消化吸收;又可促进油、水双亲性效能,充分利用脂肪以及产生特殊免疫功能,开创我国自已研制和生产的鳗鱼添加剂。
