以张家口市某高层住宅小区1,2号楼为试点工程,采用夯扩挤密干硬性混凝土桩对其地基进行加固处理。详细介绍了夯扩挤密干硬性混凝土桩施工工艺参数和流程。干硬性混凝土试块抗压强度试验和单桩静载试验证明,该桩可穿透厚度为2.0m左右的复杂地层、可极大提高地基土承载力、有效消除地基土的湿陷性并可有效调节地基土的不均匀性;与CFG桩比较,夯扩挤密干硬性混凝土桩可降低造价20%左右,工期可缩短1/4以上。
