幼儿教育“小学化”的原因很多。功利化的教育观念和应试教育影响了家长;一些幼儿园的办园定位与办园体制存在问题与不足,都是造成幼儿教育“小学化”的重要原因。笔者针对这一现象提出一些思考和策略,以期与广大幼教工作者共同商讨。一、准确定位幼儿教育保教结合是一个整体概念,又称保教并重,包含以下内容:(1)重视教育和保育,不能有所偏废。(2)保中有教,教中有保,相互渗透,相互依存。首先,要提升保育地位。幼儿园要提高对保育工作的认识,通过了解幼儿的生理、心理特点,明确保育工作面对的
