水土保持概算是工程项目的一部分,按原中华人民共和国国家经济贸易委员会公告2002年第78号《水电工程设计概算编制办法及计算标准》规定进行编制。水土保持工程投资的编制,应以提高工程经济效益和社会效益为指导思想和工作原则,严格执行国家的法律、法规、规范及地方性法规文件,按照水电工程水土保持方案的设计深度和要求,编制设计概(估)算。
The estimate for water and soil conservation is part of the project and is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the State Administration of Economic Planning of the People’s Republic of China Announcement No. 78 of 2002 on the Compilation and Calculation of Hydropower Engineering Design Estimates.
