我们使用的木工平刨是庐山木工机械厂1977年9月的产品,在改制之前测得的噪声为97分贝(A)(500赫左右)。结果,按照目前国家对工业噪声的标准,其允许值应该是85分贝(A)以下。因此,我们决定对它进行减噪尝试。经分析此机械的噪声主要是由高速旋转的刀轴与切口板之间形成的狭窄空隙,把空气挤压和撕碎而发出的。而一切传统的吸声、隔声、阻尼、消声等消极的降噪方法,在此处运用都有很大的困难。剩下只有在声源上想办法。我们根据刀轴与切口板之间声压积累,声能膨胀而又释放不出
