《半月谈》第20期刊发宋振远、王洪峰、张传军采写的报道,首次披露昔日铁道游击队大显身手的微山湖,如今却出了一个“黑老大”李修文。李修文是微山县留庄乡一村的党支部书记、乡经委副主任。李家长期豢养50多名打手,并统一配备传呼机、刀、枪等凶器,在鲁苏交界的微山湖周边县市形成了一股凶悍的黑社会势力。10多年来,无故遭其殴打、致残的群众达数百人。今年大年初二,李修文率众打手围攻事主,只为一桩小事,竟连开三枪将人打死。微山湖愤怒了,北京震动了。中共中央政治局委员、中央政法委书记罗干对此案作出批示:依法严惩!于是鲁沪警方为百姓抒写了一曲除霸安良的凯歌。
