临床应用猪无蛋白血清(SDPS)治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡127例取得显著的疗效。经内窥镜检查证实,无论是治愈率或有效率以及溃疡面积缩小等情况与甲氰咪胍相比,均无明显差别,而两组的治疗时间,SDPS为20天,甲氰咪胍为40天,前者疗程比后者缩短一半。SDPS与胃舒平-普鲁苯辛组(胃普组)相比,其治愈率或有效率均明显地优于“胃普组”。因SDPS治疗后,消化道症状的改善,如腹痛的消失或缓解等症状都明显地较“胃普组”好。
