宝钢研制成功的高强度Cr- Zr- Cu 结晶器铜板在化学成份和机械性能方面完全达到或超过现用日本结晶器铜板的相应指标,经较长时间使用考核,长短边铜板的一次平均使用寿命分别达到了402 炉和531 炉,总使用寿命可分别达到3220 炉(过钢量为483000 吨)和3451 炉,超过进口长短边铜板一次平均使用寿命分别为316 炉和417 炉、总使用寿命分别为2550 炉和2851 炉的水平。铬锆铜结晶器铜板研制成功,不仅每年可为宝钢节约大量费用,而且对提高我国的连铸技术及装备水平有重大意义。
