目的与方法:介绍了一种应用国产DYY-Ⅲ小型电泳槽进行脲梯度电泳的方法。结果与结论:该法操作简便,普适性好,能获得好的样品迁移图谱。可用于蛋白质变性/复性的研究及原核基因工程产品复性工艺的探索。
OBJECTIVE AND TEST: A method of urea gradient electrophoresis using a domestic DYY-Ⅲ mini-electrophoresis tank was introduced. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The method is easy to operate and has good universality and can obtain good sample migration maps. Can be used for protein denaturation / refolding research and prokaryotic gene engineering product refolding technology exploration.
