对22例脑内具有乳头状结构的肿瘤(15例转移癌,5例室管膜瘤和2例脉络丛乳头状瘤)的石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色并结合临床资料研究。使用抗体为MAK-6、GFAP、VM、AACT和S-100。MAK-6检查,转移癌有14例阳性、室管膜瘤1例阳性,而2例脉络丛乳头状瘤均阴性;GFAP检查,转移癌仅1例阳性,室管膜瘤4例和脉络丛乳头状瘤1例阳性;S-100检查,转移癌3例阳性及全部室管膜瘤和脉络丛乳头状瘤均阳性;VM及AACT无明显特异性。结果显示,MAK-6、GFAP和S-100是鉴别脑的转移性和原发性乳头状肿瘤的有用标记物,结合临床特点及详细光镜检查,可鉴别大多数脑的乳头状肿瘤。
Twenty-two paraffin-embedded sections of papillary structures in the brain (15 metastatic carcinomas, 5 ependymomas and 2 choroid plexus papillomas) were studied by immunohistochemistry and clinical data. Antibodies were MAK-6, GFAP, VM, AACT and S-100. MAK-6 examination, 14 cases of metastatic carcinoma positive, 1 case of ependymoma positive, and 2 cases of choroid plexus papilloma were negative; GFAP examination, metastatic carcinoma was only 1 case of ependymoma in 4 cases and choroid plexus 1 was positive for papilloma; 3 was positive for S-100 and metastatic carcinoma and all were positive for ependymoma and choroid plexus papilloma; VM and AACT had no specific specificity. The results show that MAK-6, GFAP and S-100 are useful markers to identify brain metastases and primary papillary tumors. Combined with clinical features and detailed light microscopy, most brain papillary tumors can be identified.
