党政联席会议是高校院(系)管理的核心会议。新建本科学校院(系)管理的重点在于怎样发挥这个会议的作用。本文从新建本科学校的特点,党政联席会议在湖南本科学校实践中出现的问题、建构科学实效的会议运行机制的建议等3个方面阐述了湖南新建本科学校党政联席会议制度作用发挥的思考。
The joint meeting of party and government is the core conference of college (department) management. The new undergraduate school (department) management is focused on how to play the role of this conference. This article elaborates the function of the system of party-government meeting in newly-built undergraduate schools in Hunan from three aspects: the characteristics of newly-built undergraduate schools, the problems that party-government joint conferences have encountered in Hunan undergraduate schools and the suggestion on constructing scientific and effective conference operation mechanism .
