大力推进生态文明建设,努力建设美丽中国,这是党的十八大审时度势,立足现状,着眼未来作出的重大战略决策,也是摆在各级党政干部面前的一道严峻课题。生态文明建设作为“五位一体”总布局中的重要一环,成为重要的改革议题之一。“全面改革”、“发展”、“生态文明”等关键词在《决定》中多次提及。党政干部是社会主义事业的领导者、发动者和组织者。在深入学习、贯彻、落实党的十八大、十八届三中全会精神、努力建设美丽中国的实践中,迫切要求他们既要改变思维方式,又要改变行为方式;既要改变生产方式,又要改变生活方式;既要改变经济发展方式,又要改变社会发展方式。当务之急,各级党政干部要牢固树立生态道德观、生态价值观、生态政绩观、生态消费观、生态科技观等五种“生态观”。
