企业战略管理作为企业大局发展的规划,很大程度上决定着企业的生存和发展,企业的战略主要有战略的制定、实施、控制和评估,其战略制定的好坏影响着企业资源的优化配置程度,关乎企业发展的长远性和整体性,是企业发展趋势的风向标。本文主要针对我国企业的发展战略进行了相信的分析和研究,希望对企业的发展能有一定的促进作用。
