东南大学开发出一种用于甘油氢解制备1,3-丙二醇催化剂。它是以氧化铝为载体,活性组分为金属钴,助剂包括硅钨酸,磷钨酸和磷钼酸等,其中活性组分的含量为载体质量的30%,助剂的含量为催化剂质量的5%。所述催化剂具有催化活性好,1,3-丙二醇收率高等优点,它能够在150~300℃反应温度和1~10 MPa氢气压力下实现甘油氢解高选择性制备1,3-丙二醇。
Southeast University has developed a catalyst for glycerol hydrogenolysis 1,3-propanediol. It is based on alumina as carrier, the active component is metallic cobalt, the auxiliary includes silicotungstic acid, phosphotungstic acid and phosphomolybdic acid, wherein the content of the active component is 30% of the carrier mass, and the content of the auxiliary is the catalyst 5% of quality. The catalyst has the advantages of good catalytic activity and high yield of 1,3-propanediol. The catalyst has the advantages of high selectivity to glycerol hydrogenation under the reaction temperature of 150-300 DEG C and the hydrogen pressure of 1-10 MPa, and the 1,3-propanediol can be selectively prepared.
