通过对354例老年人进行24h动态心电图检测,旨在了解健康老年人与心血管病人的最低心率与心律失常的特点。 1 资料与方法 自1991年12月～1994年12月共检查354例,其中健康老年人175例,男120例,女55例,年龄60～89岁,平均67.4岁,心血管病人179例,男125例,女52例,年龄60～91岁,平均67.8岁,其中冠心病110例、高血压病58例,2组年龄性别无显著差异。
