完作性房室传导阻滞(Ⅲ°AVB)同时并发左、右侧互相转变的直接显示型束支内文氏现象,形成双层平面传导阻滞是比较少见的,现将我们遇到的1例报告如下。 患者女,33岁。自诉2W前感冒,发热、咳嗽。现胸闷、气短、头晕、乏力。门诊以心肌炎收住院。心电图示:P波依顺序出现,P-P 0.80s,P波位于心动周期任何时相均不能下传;R-R1.72s.QT0.54s。V_1QRS呈4种形态,①为
