In this paper, ANAE staining was used to analyze peripheral blood T cells and their subgroups in 55 elderly people over 90 years of age. The normal and significance of T cells and their subpopulations were discussed in three different age groups. The results showed that the average number of T cells, T_μ and T_γ cells in the longevity group were 54.33 ± 9.98%, 44.46 ± 9.42% and 9.87 ± 4.38%, respectively; the absolute values were 678 / mm ~ 3,552 / mm ~ 3 and 128 A / mm ~ 3. No significant difference between men and women. With the increase of age, the number of T cells and T_μ cells gradually decreased. However, there was no obvious or slight increase of T_μ cells after the pre-senile period, but the increase of T_γ subpopulations was larger. The author believes that the more substantial increase of T_γ subpopulation may be related to the decline of immune function in longevity elderly. It may also be a sign of aging.
