1987年9月2日至6日,在国家气象局召开了全国冬小麦遥感综合估产试验第一阶段工作总结暨第二阶段试验方案讨论会。国家经委、国家计委、国家气象局有关领导和专家,京、津、冀、鲁、豫、陕、晋、苏、皖、甘、新等省(市)气象局代表共50多人出席了会议。冬小麦遥感估产是国家经委委托的带有科研性质的业务项目,由国家气象局主持。在京、津、冀利用陆地卫星进行冬小麦遥感估产研究的基础上,以气象卫星资料的应用为主,开展了分地区和全国统一网络的冬小麦遥感综合估产方法与技术的应用研究试验。此项研究试验先后扩展到十一个省、市、区。
September 2, 1987 to 6, at the National Meteorological Bureau held a national winter wheat remote sensing comprehensive assessment of the first phase of the work summary and the second phase of the pilot program seminars. More than 50 representatives from the State Economic Commission, the State Development Planning Commission, the National Meteorological Bureau and relevant leaders and experts from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Anhui, Gansu and Xinhua provinces attended the meeting. Winter wheat yield estimation is commissioned by the State Economic Commission with scientific research projects, hosted by the National Meteorological Bureau. Based on the research on remote sensing yield estimation of winter wheat by using land satellites in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, the application of meteorological satellite data was mainly applied in the research and application of the method and technology for comprehensive evaluation of winter wheat remote sensing by sub-region and national unified network. The research test has been extended to eleven provinces, cities and districts.
