为研究钢管再生混凝土柱的塑性铰长度,以再生粗骨料取代率、长细比、轴压比和含钢率为变化参数,对10个圆钢管再生混凝土柱和6个方钢管再生混凝土柱试件进行拟静力试验。根据试件的破坏形态、滞回曲线,并基于等效塑性铰理论,提出压弯状态下圆钢管再生混凝土柱和方钢管再生混凝土柱的等效塑性铰长度计算公式。研究结果表明:钢管再生混凝土柱破坏形态与普通钢管混凝土柱相似,钢管底部鼓曲破坏,底部的核心再生混凝土被压碎;钢管再生混凝土柱滞回曲线比较饱满,其形状从梭形发展到弓形,当再生粗骨料的取代率分别为0%,30%,70%,100%时,试件的滞回曲线受其影响不大;圆钢管再生混凝土柱等效塑性铰长度是其截面高度的0.45~0.95倍,方钢管再生混凝土柱等效塑性铰长度是其截面高度的0.65~0.75倍。
In order to study the plastic hinge length of recycled concrete columns of steel tube, the parameters of replacement ratio, slenderness ratio, axial compression ratio and steel content of recycled coarse aggregate were used as parameters to change the parameters of 10 recycled concrete columns and 6 square steel tubes Specimen for quasi-static test. The results show that the failure modes of recycled concrete columns are similar to that of ordinary CFST columns, the drum bending at the bottom of steel pipe is destroyed and the core recycled concrete at the bottom is crushed. The hysteretic curve of recycled concrete columns is full, , When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 0%, 30%, 70%, 100% respectively, the hysteresis curve of the specimen is not affected by it; the equivalent plastic hinge length of the recycled concrete column with round steel tube is the height Of 0.45 to 0.95 times. The equivalent plastic hinge length of square steel tube recycled concrete column is 0.65 ~ 0.75 times of its cross-section height.
