预处理组织对20CrMnMo钢气体渗氮耐磨性的影响

针对农用20CrMnMo链条轴渗碳淬火疲劳寿命低的工程应用现状,本文通过对20CrMnMo进行调质、淬火、淬火+低温回火不同预先热处理,然后进行低温气体渗氮,探讨提高链轴抗疲劳寿命热处理工艺。通过金相、显微硬度仪、扫描电镜、电子探针对渗层组织和成分进行了分析;采用摩擦磨损试验机、链条台架实验机,三维形貌仪对链轴的耐磨、抗疲劳性能进行了评价。结果表明:经过调质预处理的试样能够得到均匀、致密的渗层组织,渗层深度500μm,渗层硬度梯度平缓,其耐磨性能优于碳氮共渗的链轴。 In view of the engineering application status of 20CrMnMo chain carburizing and quenching fatigue life, this paper through 20CrMnMo quenching and tempering, quenching and low temperature tempering different pre-heat treatment, and then nitriding low temperature gas to explore to improve the anti-fatigue life of the chain shaft heat treatment Process. The microstructure, composition and microstructure of the layer were analyzed by metallography, microhardness tester, scanning electron microscope and electron probe. The friction and wear tester, chain bench tester and three-dimensional profilometer were used to measure the wear resistance and fatigue resistance Performance was evaluated. The results show that the pretreated samples can obtain a uniform and compact layer structure. The depth of infiltration layer is 500 μm, and the hardness gradient of the layer is smooth. Its wear resistance is better than that of carbonitriding.
