1.远缘杂交的效果与所选的亲本有很大关系。白梨系的鸭梨和洋梨系的巴梨作父本与槟子、红玉、花嫁进行杂交以鸭梨表现最好,母本以花嫁表现最好。 2.远缘杂交的效果与亲本间的亲缘关系有关,试验中证明亲缘关系近的杂交结实率高,远的则低。 3.远缘杂交的效果也受到外界条件的影响,当外界条件对树体有好的影响使之营养良好时杂交座果率高,反之,当树体营养不良时则严重影响杂交效果。 4.作为远缘杂交亲本之一的母本,不一定非是第一次开花的杂种实生树,用多次开花的阶段性老的嫁接树,同样可以获得杂交的成功。 5.采用不同的杂交方法对克服远缘杂交的不可交配性有一定作用,但同一组合的各个杂交方法表现杂交效果不同,同一个杂交方法应用于不同的组合效果亦不一致。混合重复授粉法效果明显,加父本蔗糖柱头液的方法对不同组合也有提高座果率的作用,试验也证明无论采用哪种方法对杂交结实率高的组合无明显效果和意义,只有对杂交结实率低的组合才有效果和意义。 6.远缘杂交的效果因亲本及杂交方法的不同而异。亲本选择的效果大于用各种方法来提高的杂交结实率的效果。 7.远缘杂交的杂种果实其发育速度一般来说比自然授粉的果实要慢,但不同的组合和不同的杂交方法表现也有差别。 8.杂交果实与杂交种子都有不同程度的直感表现,其中以种子变化较为明显。
