In this paper, we investigated the changes of endothelin-1 (ET-1) in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and its clinical significance. The levels of plasma and CSF and ET-1 in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Plasma levels of CSF and plasma CSF were significantly increased in patients with cerebral hemorrhage accompanied with ventricular system or subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) High; a small amount of bleeding compared with a large amount of bleeding was not significant plasma levels, while a large number of bleeding CSF, ET-1 levels increased. It is suggested that the increase of plasma ET-1 in ICH patients may be related to the stress in the body, while the elevated levels of CSF and ET-1 may be associated with the destruction of the BBB and damage or stimulation of periventricular tissues, hypothalamus and choroid plexus, Increased secretion of secretion related. CSF, ET-1 increased should be alert to delayed cerebral vasospasm.
