当前,高新技术企业的发展面临着相当激烈的市场竞争,考虑市场的发展规律,以及企业发展供给和收益的因素,还有生产运营效益变化的影响因素,企业需要保持低的负债率。本文主要介绍高新技术企业的资本结构理论,在此基础上,提出企业的融资策略和资本结构优化对策。
At present, the development of high-tech enterprises is facing fierce competition in the market. Considering the development law of the market, the factors of supply and revenue development of enterprises and the influencing factors of the changes of production and operation profit, enterprises need to maintain a low debt ratio. This paper mainly introduces the capital structure theory of high-tech enterprises, and on this basis, puts forward the financing strategy of enterprises and the capital structure optimization countermeasure.
