目的探讨有氧耐力训练对壬基酚(NP)染毒大鼠心血管内分泌功能的影响。方法将8周龄健康清洁级SD雄性大鼠72只随机分为0、11、44、176 mg/kg NP染毒训练和未训练组,每组9只。采用腹腔注射方式染毒,染毒剂量为5 ml/kg,连续染毒8周。训练组进行无负重有氧耐力游泳,每天游泳1次,每次90 min,每周6次。测定血浆心钠素(ANP)含量。结果与未训练对照组比较,0、11 mg/kg NP染毒训练组大鼠ANP水平较高,44、176 mg/kg NP染毒训练组和44、176 mg/kg NP染毒未训练组大鼠ANP水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与同剂量未训练组比较,0、11、44、176mg/kg NP染毒训练组大鼠ANP水平较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。且无论是训练组还是未训练组,大鼠ANP水平均随NP染毒剂量的升高而降低。结论有氧耐力训练对NP染毒大鼠ANP水平的降低具有拮抗作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic endurance training on cardiovascular endocrine function in nonylphenol (NP) -treated rats. Methods Seventy-two healthy SD male rats of 8 weeks old were randomly divided into 0, 11, 44 and 176 mg / kg NP exposure training and untreated groups, 9 in each. The rats were injected intraperitoneally with a dose of 5 ml / kg for 8 weeks. The training group conducted non-weight-bearing aerobic endurance swimming, swimming once a day for 90 minutes and 6 times a week. Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) content was measured. Results Compared with the untreated control group, the ANP levels in the 0, 11 mg / kg NP group were higher than those in the NP group (44,176 mg / kg NP and 44,176 mg / kg NP group) Rat ANP levels were lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Compared with the same dose of untrained group, the levels of ANP in 0, 11, 44 and 176 mg / kg NP exposure groups were higher than those in the untreated group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). And whether the training group or untrained group, ANP levels in rats with the NP dose decreased. Conclusion Aerobic endurance training has an antagonistic effect on the decrease of ANP level in NP-exposed rats.
