III. Copyright Law The drafting of the current copyright law in China lasted 11 years, of which only three changes were made to the name of this Law. It was passed through discussions by the NPC Standing Committee of China for three times. The drafting group of this Law has extensively participated in the participation of representatives from the natural sciences, social sciences, publishing and literature and art fields in China. This is a phenomenon that has not been seen in the drafting of other solitary laws in the field of intellectual property in China.
